This is our shop, not a showroom — we come to you. If you are dropping something off or need to meet us here, call first so someone is on site.
Hours, honestly
- Monday–Friday Open 24 hours
- Saturday Open 24 hours
- Sunday Closed
The office is staffed Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Outside those hours a live answering service takes your call — real people, never a recording — and dispatches our on-call technician. Sunday we are closed completely. Not reduced hours, not emergency-only. Closed.
What to have ready when you call
It makes the visit faster and the quote more accurate:
The city and address. What the system is actually doing — not cooling, not heating, making a noise, water on the floor, tripping a breaker. Roughly how old the system is if you know. Whether it is a house, manufactured home, or commercial building. And whether anything has been worked on recently.
